An offering of different events or workshops that centers around your wellbeing through a trauma informed lens. The goals of these events and workshops are to bring people together, and learn new skills that may be helpful in your self care. Workshops are around mental health, mindfulness, art and mindfulness and yoga.
Grounded Heart: Tools for Resilience
Join our intimate therapy group of up to 8 individuals for a transformative 4-week journey. Each week, we'll delve into understanding our nervous systems and equipping ourselves with effective grounding tools for those moments of overwhelm or triggers. Through engaging group discussions, psychoeducation, somatic practices, movement, and journaling, we'll explore topics such as trigger awareness, emotional introspection, and the window of tolerance. Our final session will feature gentle movement within a Trauma Sensitive Yoga framework. There is never any pressure to share in our group discussions. By the end of our journey together, you'll have a valuable toolkit of techniques to empower your emotional well-being.
Starts: Tentative May 9 and runs for 4 Thursdays

Location: Online, zoom
