Lotus Strength and Wellness understands that breath work, yoga and mindfulness may be suggested for self care and healing, but may not be the most accessible for everyone, especially people who have experienced trauma. Sometimes the experiences of being in your body, connecting to your breath or sitting still can be triggering. At Lotus Strength and Wellness our goal is to offer options that best suit your needs and provide space for exploration. The goal here is not to master a technique but rather to create a relationship with your body at your own time and being present in the moment.
