Mindfulness Ambassador Program

The Mindfulness Ambassador Program is a program that was created by Mindfulness Without Borders. This is a program that runs for 8 weeks. The groups are under ten people which helps us create a community. In this program we are guided by different themes which help us explore different elements of mindfulness. Each week is structured the same and includes: an opening practice, check-in, reflection on the takeaways, reading about the theme, discussion questions, mindfulness practice and check out. There are takeaways each week to help us build our practice throughout the week. The group involves sharing and reflecting, recognizing the wisdom that each one of us brings.
